This project involved the demolition of an existing property at 63 Kerrigan Street, Charnwood, followed by the design and construction of three single-storey Class C adaptable dwellings in accordance with Housing ACT Public Housing Design Brief requirements. The development comprises three stand-alone 2-bedroom homes, each including one bathroom and a single garage, designed to provide accessible and practical housing outcomes.
Delivered under a design and construct model, the project included all associated service connections, external works, andlandscaping to create a complete residential outcome. Careful planning and coordination ensured the successful delivery of adaptable, durable, and functional homes tailored to meet long-term community housing needs.
