St Francis Xavier College required a fast-tracked and scalable solution to address increasing demand for teaching spaces across the campus. The project delivers a two-storey modular classroom facility incorporating six classrooms, with three classrooms per level, along with a ground-floor office to support school operations.
Our engagement focused on providing early buildability input and construction expertise to optimise the design outcome. This included advising on current market conditions, material availability, and contemporary construction methodologies, allowing the design to be streamlined into a cost-effective and practical solution whilemaintaining high-quality learning environments.
The project was primarily delivered through a construction management approach, overseeing procurement coordination, approvals processes, site works, and integration of the modular buildings into existing campus infrastructure. Construction sequencing and logistics were carefully managed to minimise disruption to day-to-day school operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and timely project delivery.
