This project involved the design and construction of two split-level Class C adaptable dwellings located at Maggie Scott
Terrace and Arkwookerum Street, Whitlam. Each dwelling comprises four bedrooms and has been designed to deliver accessible, functional, and comfortable living environments that support a diverse range of resident needs.

Delivered under a design and construct model for Community Housing Canberra, the project included progression of design documentation through to Building Approval, together with all associated service connections, landscaping, driveway works, streetscape improvements, and statutory approvals. The development focused on providing durable, low-maintenance housing solutions that meet adaptable housing requirements while contributing positively to the surrounding residential environment and the growing Whitlam community.
