This project involved the design and construction of two single-storey Class C adaptable dwellings at Baas Becking Street, Whitlam, delivered to provide accessible and high-quality housing outcomes for the community. Each dwelling comprises four bedrooms and has been designed to prioritise functionality, accessibility, and practical living arrangements for a diverse range of residents.
Delivered under a design and construct model, the project focused on providing durable, low-maintenance housing solutions that align with adaptable housing requirements and long-term operational needs. The development incorporated efficient planning principles and quality construction outcomes to create homes that support comfort, accessibility, and long-term residential use.
