This project involved the demolition of existing properties at 29 and 31 Pockley Close, Macgregor, followed by the design and construction of seven single-storey Class C adaptable dwellings in accordance with Housing ACT Public Housing Design Brief requirements. The development comprises seven 2-bedroom homes, each designed to provide accessible, functional, and practical living environments that support diverse resident needs.
Delivered under a design and construct model, the project included all a ssociated service connections, landscaping, and external works to provide a complete residential outcome. Strong planning, coordination, and delivery processes ensured the project achieved high-quality, adaptable housing outcomes while meeting the long-term requirements of community housing infrastructure.
