This project involved the design and construction of nine single-storey Class C adaptable townhouses across Blocks 22 and 23, Section 74, Macgregor. The development consists entirely of 2-bedroom adaptable units, designed to provide accessible, practical, and high-quality housing outcomes. Delivered for the ACT Government under a design and construct contract, the project focused on achieving efficient delivery while maintaining strong outcomes across accessibility, functionality, and long-term durability. Adaptable design principles were integrated throughout the development to support future flexibility and ensure the dwellings meet the needs of a diverse range of residents.
